Room reservations are now three hours long! Party on!
All room reservations include admission for up to 25 individuals (all ages, everybody 1 and above) for 3 hours, PLUS:
Ultimate flexibility. Three-hour-long reservations allow for a more relaxed atmosphere than you’re used to for kids’ parties because there’s no rush. Arrive, play, eat, depart whenever you wish during your window.
Includes unlimited, all-day play in our two huge play gyms, interactive game floor, toddler area for the little ones, and musical play space.
VIP Guest Check-in. Spend more time with your kids in your party room—there’s no need to stand at the entrance to greet guests as they arrive. Staff check them in and direct them back to your room for you.
Your party room is always ready for you 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Please arrive before your guests. We do not check them in until you’re here first.
Worry-free cancellation policy—just 24 hours needed for a full refund. Rescheduling permitted up until 1 hour prior to event’s start time, at which time you’re just committed to having your party at your original time.
Downgrading from the Whale Room to a Standard Room or adjusting down add-ons like food packages, games, etc. falls under the same policy.
No outside food or drinks permitted except a cake/cupcakes. Food pre-ordered at the time of booking can be made ready at any requested time during your event, chosen by you upon your arrival. If you order additional food the day of your event, expect a short wait time similar to that of a sit-down restaurant. Cake/cupcakes cannot be stored by us.
Party parent is responsible for $6 per person beyond the core 25 admissions, to be paid prior to your reservation’s end time.

PRIVATE ROOM OR PRIVATE WHOLE FACILITY?
Truly private events offer a unique option for special birthdays, daycares, schools, family reunions, and more. Weekdays M-F only, excluding school holidays.
Reserve the entire facility for private use
